Who we Are
Mushor is one of the leading engineering firms in Egypt. We realize our client’s visions through innovative engineering solutions and longstanding experience.
Mushor was established in 2004 as an individual company with the trade name “Vision In Design” by a group of Egyptian Architects, Urban Planners, and Civil Engineers working in the construction industry since 50 years ago.
We re-established the company in 2014 as an Egyptian joint-stock corporation after alliances with Urban Edge USA under the trade name CDC “Consultant Designer Corporation.”
In 2015 we started to open extra branches in the Middle East and gulf and restructured the company to become Mushor for Engineering Consultancy and Project Management.

Dr. Waleed El-Mallah
Founder, President & CEO
Dr. Waleed Abd Elrahman Elmallah, originally from Cairo, Egypt, began his professional life early, starting as an assistant engineer in 1994. He graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from LCS 6 of October University High Institute of Engineering and immediately joined a construction supervision team. He then earned a High Diploma in Construction Project Management from Helwan University in 2003.
He transitioned into entrepreneurship by co-founding the Technical Contracting Company in 2004, which quickly evolved into one of Egypt’s leading construction firms. This was followed by the founding of several engineering and trading companies between 2009 and 2015.
His academic achievements are extensive: he received a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management from Atlantic International University, USA, in 2013, and was awarded a PhD degree in Civil Engineering in 2017 from Brachiam International University, Spain. He also attended the asset appraisers course at Cairo University in 2018.
Dr. El-Mallah’s professional status is confirmed by a Fellowship from the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) in 2016, and key memberships in bodies like the Project Management Institute (PMI – USA), the Construction Specification Institute (CSI – USA), and various arbitration and engineering organizations. His extensive resume highlights distinguished projects across Industrial, Administrative, Healthcare, Hotels and Resorts, and Residential sectors throughout Egypt and the MENA region.
Prof.Dr. Ahmed Ouf
Founder & Vice President &Technical Managing Director
Ahmed M. Salah Eldin Ouf, received his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering in 1981, then an M.Sc. degree in Urban design in 1984 from Cairo University where he worked as an instructor of architecture and urban design. In 1984 he flew to University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia to continue his studies in architecture and urban planning/design where he received M.A. in appropriate technology in 1987, and a Ph.D. degree from the graduate school of fine arts at PENN in 1989.
Prof. Dr. Ouf always kept a dual career between practicing architecture and urban planning/design and academicaly as a professor of Urban Design. As a professional architect, Prof. Dr. Ouf practiced Consultancy in Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Tunisia, Libya and Oman.
As a professor of Urban Design and Architecture, Prof. Dr. Ouf taught at Cairo University, United Arab Emirates University, and other regional universities in addition to being a guest lecturer at Temple University in Philadelphia, King Sauod University in Riyadh, and American University in Sharjah for individually scheduled lectures. He engaged as Dean of the Institute of Aviation Engineering and Technology and head of the Architectural department in Cairo University since 2013, Professor of Urban Design, Cairo University since 1999.
Prof. Dr. Ouf Participated in numerous scientific conferences and has published numerous papers and books that influenced architectural design.
